Unfortunately, Jane Lynch was unable to attend the TCA’s on Saturday night due to a yucky case of laryngitis but Ian Brennan shared some of her upcoming quotes as a consolidation prize.
As if 19 Emmy nominations were not enough, Glee gets more nods from the TCA’s! *** Freshman series “Glee” and “Modern Family” seem to always be at odds during awards shows, and this season’s Television Critics Association Awards is no exception. Both shows are up for Acheivement in Comedy, Program of the Year, and New Program. Jane Lynch is also nominated individually as the only female candidate for Individual Achievement in Comedy.
Have I ever mentioned how much I love my readers? I’m pretty sure I have but I’m gonna do it again.. I LOVE MY READERS! Thanks to Connie for being my “convert-it-to-youtube-because-wordpress-blows” partner in crime I have posted a couple videos from the Academy Event red carpet.
Well, that took no time at all. Glee is already in talks to ink a very lucrative syndication deal… *** Get ready for more ‘Glee’ and ‘Modern Family,’ as the freshman comedies are about to join the ranks of ‘Two and a Half Men’ and ‘The Big Bang Theory’ with lucrative cable syndication deals. Producer 20th Century Fox TV is finalizing separate deals for the cable rights to both shows with Oxygen and the USA Network, reports Deadline
Looks like there may be even more drama surrounding Will & Emma when Glee returns in the fall.

First there WAS going to be a Glee reality show. Then there WASN’T going to be a Glee reality show. Now it looks like there WILL be a Glee reality show…but not until 2011 and it will air on cable – not network television
I started watching Party Down from the beginning and I have to say that it is HILARIOUS.
I’ve been trying to contact Brad Ellis (the piano player) for months but have never been able to find any contact information for him. Good thing these guys got a hold of him, this is a great article! He’s known on Facebook as “the guy who plays piano on every episode of ‘Glee’ yet never has a line.” His real name is Brad Ellis, and, no, he did not expect to be part of this TV season’s breakout musical success story. Ellis was doing what he was hired to do – help train the cast to get up to speed for the demanding musical numbers on “Glee.” The self-described “utility guy” was mainly hired to tutor the cast members who weren’t as experienced as professional singers, such as Canadian actor Cory Monteith (who plays jock-turned-”gleek” Finn Hudson)
I certainly think so. In fact, I think there are at least 2 – Best Comedy & Best Supporting Actress (Jane Lynch).
