In addition to winning three Golden Globes , Glee also made a successful score in the guest starring department on Sunday night as creator and executive producer Ryan Murphy announced that Anne Hathaway will be starring in an upcoming episode of Glee …as Kurt’s lesbian aunt! Apparently the actress invented the role for herself, after telling late-night TV host Jimmy Fallon that she would love to land a part on the show. Here’s what Ryan Murphy told People magazine about the deal: “We just finalized a deal with Anne tonight to come onto the show,” creator Ryan Murphy told People on Sunday at the Golden Globe Awards, where Glee was named best comedy or musical for the second straight year. “She’s already created [her role],” Murphy said.
