Jane Lynch ’s own autobiography Happy Accidents was released in hardcover and e-reader formats last Tuesday, September 13 and can be found in stores worldwide. The book chronicles Lynch’s life from her childhood all the way to the set of Glee , with a foreword written by none other than Carol Burnett , who plays her Nazi-hunting mother on the show
