Confirmed: ‘Real Housewife’ NeNe Leakes Joins the Glee Cast

 

It’s been confirmed! As we reported several days ago, NeNe Leakes , star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta , is joining the Glee cast as Roz Washington, the coach of McKinley High’s synchronized swim team coach. The news was confirmed by Lea Michele and Chris Colfer , who appeared on Bravo’s Watch What Happens: Live! to share the news officially. NeNe is confirmed to be in at least two episodes, the Grease and Michael Jackson tributes, and is slated to become a new rival for Sue.

‘Glee’ Cast Version of “Do They Know It’s Christmas” to Benefit Band Aid Trust

 

100% of the net proceeds from the GLEE cast’s version of the BAND AID charity hit “Do They Know It’s CHRISTMAS?” will be donated to the BAND AID TRUST, the charity established to support projects in ETHIOPIA, SOMALIA, and surrounding East African countries.  The new version appears on “GLEE: The Music, The Christmas Album Volume 2″ and will be heard on the FOX series’ CHRISTMAS episode on TUESDAY (12/13).
